The second meeting of the Project Steering Committee took place online, on the 5th of March 2021. In this meeting were present as observers representatives from the Technical Assistance project as well as the other two projects involved in the deinstitutionalization process in Demir Kapija.
In this meeting, the OASIS team presented the project results achieved so far, such as the finalisation of the research component and the delivery of the Research Report and the Community Based Service Model Guide. Moreover, the project team presented the next steps for the next 6 months, the challenges and mitigation measures.
After the presentations, a lively discussion followed from all participants.
